We had a fantastic stay at this waterfront hotel, ideally located within walking distance of all the main attractions in the area. The service was excellent, with staff from housekeepers to breakfast staff and receptionists all having a pleasant manner to advise on any queries we had. The room itself had everything we needed, including a kitchenette and ironing facilities, and was decorated to a high standard with a lovely garden furniture terrace outside. The breakfast was fantastic, with a range of options including special diet menus, and the leisure facilities such as the fitness studio and sun terrace were also a great addition.

Recommended for families, this venue is perfect for anyone who wants a comfortable and convenient stay in a lovely area of Royal Albert docks.

The rooms were spacious and clean, exactly as shown on the website. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing extra supplies when requested.

The microwave in the room was out of order, but it didn't really affect our stay since we didn't end up needing it. Beyond that, there were no other negative aspects to mention.

They were knowledgeable about local attractions and provided really good service. The room was clean and well-appointed with a kitchenette. The location was perfect, close to shopping and the docks. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location near the docks and all the main attractions. It's perfect for exploring the city. The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the entrance of the congress centre and is just off the dual carriageway. It is also within walking distance of all the main attractions in the area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
